Job Description

• Troubleshoot, install, and repair all aspects of Automatic, Robotic, and CNC machinery.
• Support Automated Paint Lines, Setting Presses, Automated Welders, CNC Grinders, Robots, and other complex machinery.
• Perform PLC programming, program modifications, and support HMI and servo controllers.
• Jog and reset Fanuc and Denso Robots, teach/touch up robot positions for material handling.
• Plan and install controls, diagnose electrical/electronic issues, replace parts, test units, and make adjustments.
• Prepare wiring diagrams for changes, perform mechanical repairs as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and document work in SAP.
• Perform other duties to support production.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years' experience with Control Systems, PLCs, CNC Controls, Robots, PCs, and HMI's in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read prints, schematics, and documentation for installation and repair.
• Knowledge of machine communication systems and LAN components.
• Competency in working safely in electrical control panels up to 480 volts, with proper safety procedures and PPE.
• Strong computer, problem-solving, interpersonal, and mechanical skills.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Robot operation and teaching certification (preferred).
