Our Home is currently seeking an EM Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an EM Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex electrical and mechanical systems in our manufacturing facility. You will work independently to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of our equipment, helping us maintain our high standards of quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operations equipment checks to ensure all motors and equipment are ready for operation.
• Perform equipment lubrication as needed and maintain records of all lubrications.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records.
• Report equipment conditions to Maintenance Manager.
• Assist in completing production by working on the line as instructed by Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain inventories of tools and supplies.
• Keep the shop area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as required by Plant and Maintenance Managers.
• Maintain overall plant cleanliness.

Requirements

• High school or Trade school education in Machinery, Industrial Mechanics, HVAC, or equivalent experience (3-5 years minimum as a maintenance mechanic).
• Thorough knowledge of industrial and production machinery.
• Own tools such as 6” and 12” adjustable wrenches, screwdrivers, claw hammer, channel locks, Allen key sets, combination wrenches, wire strippers/cutters, nut drivers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to define issues, interpret data, evaluate options, and think creatively.
