The Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for safely maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment and systems to support continuous production operations. This role ensures the efficient execution of production tooling changes, performs routine and emergency electrical and mechanical maintenance, and supports overall plant operations. The technician focuses on keeping production equipment running reliably, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

The role follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with participation in on-call rotations to support emergency maintenance needs. Work is performed in an industrial plant environment focused on continuous production operations, with regular interaction with extrusion machines, motors, forklifts, and other production equipment. The technician uses maintenance-related applications on microcomputers and general office equipment to document work and support operations. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
