Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician

Salary: $35 - $41/hour

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a skilled and safety-oriented Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Graniteville, SC. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards in industrial production, processing, and pipeline distribution. Join us to work with advanced technologies, support our engineering team, and play a key role in our operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with all safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team on equipment installation, testing, and release.
• Record maintenance activities accurately within a CMMS.
• Perform maintenance on industrial production and processing equipment, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyors.
• Work with various PLCs, including networking and communications (EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet).
• Troubleshoot AC drives, motors, encoders, and resolvers.
• Calibrate flow, level, pressure, and temperature devices and loops.
• Perform repairs and rebuilds on bearings, conveying systems, and gearboxes.
• Utilize automation and distributed control systems within manufacturing and processing.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems as well as rotating equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and machine error messages.
• Inspect parts for wear or damage and perform preventive maintenance.
• Test and observe machinery to ensure smooth operation.
• Operate hoists, lifts, grinders, welding equipment, power tools, and other machinery as needed.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in an electrical maintenance technician role.
• Strong understanding of PLCs, drives, motors, networking, and communications systems.
• Proficiency with calibration, testing, and maintenance of production equipment.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and rotating systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and various testing equipment.
