Job Details

Electrical Technician – 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday)

We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues on presses, ovens, motors, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and equipment upgrades.
  • Build and wire control panels.
  • Install and troubleshoot VFDs, motion drives, and high/low‑voltage circuits.
  • Conduct PLC I/O checks; upload/download PLC/HMI programs for troubleshooting.
  • Support installation and testing of new equipment.
  • Maintain accurate repair and maintenance logs.
What You Need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial setting
  • Strong PLC and HMI knowledge
  • Panel building and wiring experience
  • Solid understanding of electrical safety
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
  • Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Rockwell/Allen Bradley PLCs (PLC‑5, SLC, Micrologix, ControlLogix, CompactLogix)
  • Strong AC/DC motor drive knowledge
  • Journeyman license or equivalent
