Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and service electrical and mechanical systems in a fast-paced facility in Godfrey, IL. The role focuses on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and conveyor system upkeep, with safety as a priority.

The position requires hands-on expertise with electrical controls, high-voltage wiring, and a willingness to work nights and weekends as needed. A sign-on bonus is not indicated here.

Qualifications

Two years of electrical/mechanical repair experience in manufacturing.
Knowledge of high-voltage wiring and 480V motors.
Experience with motor control systems and PLCs preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical and mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and service conveyors and equipment.
Follow LOTO procedures and maintain safe working conditions.
Work with others to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
