Portobello America is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician in Baxter, TN to maintain electrical systems and production equipment, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial electrical maintenance, familiarity with PLC/SCADA, reading schematics, and adherence to safety standards; an electrician license is preferred, with strong teamwork and problem-solving.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Licensed electrician or journeyman certification preferred; knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70E.
• 2+ years in industrial electrical maintenance; PLCs, automated control systems, and high-voltage equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Electrical systems maintenance on motors, control panels, conveyors, and presses.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and diagnose faults in production lines.
• Ensure PLC/SCADA systems operate reliably and safely.
• Support maintenance of kilns, grinders, and other production machinery.
• Install, calibrate, and update electrical components per specifications.
• Enforce electrical safety procedures and conduct safety inspections.
• Maintain records and update SOPs; report status to supervisors.
• Identify improvement opportunities to reduce downtime and energy use.
