Job summary

FIXX Energy seeks a Maintenance Technologist 1 to join its Smyrna, TN team. The role supports troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of production equipment with emphasis on electrical, controls, and mechanical systems.

You will contribute to continuous improvement and coordinate with maintenance leadership. Qualifications include 3+ years industrial maintenance, PLC/HMI skills, and ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, battery, or electronics sectors is beneficial.
• Proficiency in PLCs and HMIs; Omron/Siemens preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain production line equipment per procedures.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLCs and HMIs for process automation.
