Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a skilled technician to support critical data center electrical systems.

This role requires the ability to inspect, install, troubleshoot, and maintain power distribution equipment, HVAC controls, and life-safety systems across the facility. A Top-Secret SCI with Poly clearance is highly preferred, with night shift hours from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Applicants should have 4+ years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, floor plans, and construction docs.
• Maintain records and logs; use CMMS and office software.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top-Secret SCI with Poly clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration and regulation of junior technicians' duties.
• Oversee contractors for electrical work per safety guidelines.
• Install and modify electrical units following specifications and safety guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning electronic units and circuits.
• Perform maintenance and service on data center systems and power distribution equipment.
• Log activities and generate reliability reports to improve uptime.
