Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an experienced facilities maintenance professional to ensure electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems operate reliably in mission-critical environments.

The role involves preventative maintenance, emergency response, and coordinating with vendors and junior staff. Candidates should have 4+ years of relevant experience and the ability to obtain/maintain Top-Secret SCI with Poly clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top-Secret SCI with Poly clearance.
• Master/Journeyman certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems operate at peak efficiency.
• Maintain and troubleshoot critical data center systems and electrical infrastructure.
• Lead junior technicians and oversee contractors on electrical duties.
• Prepare cost estimates for parts and services; coordinate procurement.
• Create and review MOPs/SOPs; document activities in CMMS.
