Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial electrical or controls experience.
• 3+ years leading or supervising maintenance or electrical teams.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of industrial electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting.
• Ability to lead under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with OSHA and NFPA 70E standards.
• Balance technical skills with leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of electrical maintenance technicians.
• Troubleshoot electrical, motor control, and PLC-related issues.
• Keep production equipment running through fast, effective response to downtime.
• Build strong preventive maintenance practices that reduce repeat issues.
• Set priorities for daily electrical work and team execution.
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and improvement projects.
• Work closely with engineering and production to solve operational issues.
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with OSHA and NFPA standards.
• Coach and develop your team’s technical and problem‑solving skills.
