James Hardie Building Products Inc. seeks an Electrical Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and drive reliability across a 24/7 manufacturing site in the United States. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and executing corrective and preventive maintenance with CMMS integration and strong PLC/drive knowledge.

The successful candidate will oversee electricians, coordinate with maintenance and operations, and push continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with related experience.
• 3+ years electrical supervision in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years experience planning/scheduling in maintenance.
• CMMS skills with MP2 or similar.
• Experience with PLCs, Wonderware, RSView, AB/Siemens Drives, DeviceNet.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable plant operations.
• Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs and CMMS integration.
• Coordinate maintenance planning, scheduling, and down-day events.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate performance to team and leadership.
