Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance personnel, ensure safety, reliability, and product quality across the Benson facility. The role includes training staff in safety, equipment knowledge, and maintenance procedures, while planning and reporting maintenance costs and coordinating with operations to maximize process efficiency.

The supervisor will manage outages, projects, and contractor-supported work, ensuring smooth plant operations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical, computer, or software engineering or equivalent demonstrated competency.
Proven track record of leadership with a focus on safety.
Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
Experience with high levels of responsibility and decision making.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
