Job summary

Valero is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent - Electrical to supervise maintenance personnel and oversee electrical maintenance activities at the refinery. You will lead reliability programs, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure safety compliance while directing a team of electricians and maintenance staff.

Your role involves analyzing work requests, coordinating materials, and collaborating with planners, supervisors, and engineers to achieve reliable plant operation.

Qualifications

• 10 years of electrical maintenance experience in refinery or similar industry.
• Able and willing to work on-site at Valero Three Rivers Refinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical maintenance programs and personnel.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, overhaul, repair and reliability of electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate material requirements and subcontractor oversight.
