The role involves developing standardized procedures, diagnosing malfunctions, coaching electricians, and participating in PM optimization and on-call rotation to minimize downtime and maintain reliable

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of five years industrial electrical maintenance experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
Requires excellent planning and organization skills, time management.
Ability to engage, develop and lead work groups to goals.

Responsibilities

Actively participate in maintaining a zero-incident safety culture.
Establish standardized maintenance procedures to increase equipment utilization and reduce downtime.
Assist in diagnosing equipment malfunctions and determining long-term resolutions.
Coach electricians in troubleshooting control and automation issues.
Lead outages, down turns and break downs as needed.
Support PM optimization process and on-call rotation.
