You will lead automation initiatives, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, and mentor maintenance staff to improve uptime.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or an Associate degree with 5+ years in industrial electrical maintenance, with hands-on PLC and motor-drive experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with 5+ years of industrial electrical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, controls, or automation in heavy manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical, automation, PLC, and motor drive systems supporting Hot Mill operations.
• Serve as technical SME for Level 1 PLCs, control systems, regulating systems, and industrial motor drives.
• Lead electrical projects, including PLC installations, upgrades, vendor coordination, cost tracking, scheduling, and commissioning.
• Support training and knowledge transfer to maintenance personnel on electrical and power distribution.
• Ensure documentation of electrical drawings, PLC logic changes, control strategies, and troubleshooting guides.
