Job summary

Keystone Profiles, a cold drawn steel bar mill, seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician. You will perform breakdown repairs and preventive maintenance across the plant to ensure safe, reliable production.

Requirements include 2+ years of technical electrical maintenance training and 3+ years of hands-on DC crane maintenance. Benefits and a starting rate of $31.50/hour with annual progression are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years technical training in electrical maintenance and repair techniques.
• 3+ years hands-on electrical DC crane maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance across the plant.
• Install, maintain, and repair production or processing equipment.
• Train less-experienced staff as needed.
• Fabricate guards, install/repair conveyors, replace motors, and service pumps and distribution equipment.

The candidate, under limited supervision, with minimal technical guidance, will be responsible for breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance activities throughout the plant, and may provide work training to less experienced maintenance staff. Specific skills include electrical circuit board repair, electrical controls, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and electrical. Duties include installation, maintenance, and repair of production or processing equipment. Candidates must have hands‑on electrical experience to be considered for this position. Other duties may include the following fabricate machines guards, install or repair conveyors, replace motors, tear down or replace pumps, maintain fluid collection of distribution equipment or repair electro‑mechanical equipment.
