POSITION SUMMARY (Objective/Purpose of Position):

The Electrical Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all electrical systems and equipment within the facility. This role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting electrical issues, and supporting the installation and commissioning of new equipment. The specialist will work closely with engineering, production, safety teams and other teams (HR-GA, Finance…)to maintain compliance with electrical codes and standards while minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Key RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take responsibility to install electrical equipment in initial setup.
  • Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, including motors, control panels, PLCs, and power distribution units.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of electrical upgrades and modifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience:

Prefer candidate who have the experience in setting up new electrical system for new factory.

3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Experience with PLCs, VFDs, control systems, and industrial automation is highly preferred.
