Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Manager for our Mitchell, Indiana plant. You will lead electrical maintenance programs to maximize reliability, safety, and efficiency in a heavy manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and optimize plant electrical maintenance systems to ensure reliability, safety, and operational efficiency
• Plan and manage maintenance resources, budgets, and scheduling to drive cost-effective performance
• Oversee and coordinate plant projects, shutdowns, and contractor activities
• Partner cross-functionally to provide technical expertise and continuous improvement for production and maintenance
• Champion a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards

Work Environment

This role is based in a heavy manufacturing plant environment and involves both office and field work. The position requires engagement across multiple shifts, including participation in an on-call rotation to support plant operations. Exposure to industrial equipment, varying temperatures, and outdoor conditions should be expected.
