Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Plant Electrical Maintenance Lead in a heavy manufacturing environment. The role involves leading maintenance teams, coordinating plant electrical systems, and ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency across multiple shifts and on-call rotation.

We expect strong expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance, project planning, ROI analysis, and a commitment to safety.

Work Environment

This role is based in a heavy manufacturing plant environment and involves both office and field work. The position requires engagement across multiple shifts, including participation in an on-call rotation to support plant operations. Exposure to industrial equipment, varying temperatures, and outdoor conditions should be expected.
