Grifols, S.A in California seeks an Electrical Building Maintenance Manager to oversee engineering and maintenance units and large capital projects. You will ensure safety, regulatory and environmental compliance while driving continuous improvement across processes and equipment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, recruit and develop staff, and translate strategy into actionable plans. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and a track record of delivering

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a medium-sized organization; biotech/chemical favorable.
• Provides effective leadership to employees in engineering operations.
• Interacts with senior executives, managers, business heads, customers and suppliers.
• Strong analytical and multitasking abilities; good communication skills.
• Experience in process optimization and project management.
• Integrity and alignment with company values.
