Job summary

Orion Steel Group, L.L.C. in the USA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor - Electrical to lead electrical maintenance at a heavy industrial steel facility, focusing on power distribution, automation, reliability, and uptime.

You will supervise electricians and multi-craft techs, collaborate with production, engineering and safety, drive RCFA, schedule outages, and mentor a skilled maintenance team; Journeyman electrician and electrical engineering background preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance safety programs and audits to ensure OSHA NFPA compliance and safe practices across maintenance activities.
• Oversee plant electrical systems, troubleshoot and upgrade MCCs, VFDs, PLCs, HMI/SCADA, and power distribution.
• Support planned electrical outages and maintenance on rolling mills, conveyors, pumps, cranes, and rotating equipment.
• Mentor electricians and multi-craft technicians; drive workforce development and continuous improvement.
