Qualifications

• Familiar with standard hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily workflow by assigning tasks to maintenance technicians and monitoring quality.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager with labor scheduling and project prioritization.
• Provide performance input for annual reviews and feedback.
• EscALate issues to management for complex problems or personnel concerns.
