Worlds of Fun LLC in Kansas City, Missouri, seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor – Electrical to lead the Electrical, Electronics, and Ride Controls teams across Worlds of Fun, Worlds of Fun Village, and Oceans of Fun. You will oversee electrical distribution, lighting, controls, and related maintenance, ensuring safe, reliable park operations.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive electrical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with Safety, Engineering, and Operations to

Qualifications

3+ years electrical maintenance in industrial/commercial/utility/amusement settings.
1+ year in supervisory/lead roles or management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Extensive knowledge of electrical distribution, motor controls, and troubleshooting.
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems.
Experience in unionized environments and with CBAs.
Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

Direct supervision of Electrical Technicians, Electronics Technicians, and Ride Controls personnel.
Lead electrical maintenance across park facilities and ride systems.
Coordinate workload between facility and ride electrical systems.
Ensure staffing, training, and skill development.
Maintain compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company standards.
Manage contractors and vendors for electrical work.
Support ride, safety, and reliability initiatives.
