Job summary

Enchanted Parks is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for electrical operations at Worlds of Fun. You will lead Electrical, Electronics, and Ride Controls teams, oversee electrical distribution, lighting, and controls, and collaborate with Ride Maintenance, Facilities, and Safety to ensure safe, reliable park operations.

The role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage safety and regulatory compliance across a unionized environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years electrical maintenance in industrial, commercial, utility, or amusement sectors.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, foreperson, lead, or management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with electrical distribution systems, motor controls, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, automation systems, and industrial control systems.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Electrical, Electronics, and Ride Controls personnel.
• Provide technical and operational leadership for electrical maintenance across the property.
• Coordinate workload between facility and ride electrical systems to support priorities.
• Ensure staffing, training, and skill development for current and future needs.
• Administer collective bargaining agreements and maintain labor relations.
• Oversee maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical distribution, lighting, and controls.
• Lead safety, compliance, and regulatory programs for electrical work.
• Manage contractors and vendors performing electrical work as assigned.
