Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a highly experienced electrical/facilities technician to maintain electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems in a mission-critical data center environment.

You will oversee junior technicians, coordinate with contractors, and ensure uptime of essential servers and power distribution. Candidates should have a Master’s Electrical License, 8+ years in electrical work, and be eligible for a Top-Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience within the electrical field.
• Must possess a Master’s Electrical License.
• Eligibility for a Top-Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems operate at peak efficiency.
• Oversee junior technicians and contractors in electrical duties.
• Analyze requirements, research equipment, and modify systems as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning electrical units and circuits.
• Maintain data center systems and power distribution equipment for uptime.
