Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Coordinator in River Rouge, MI. You will lead day-to-day maintenance in a manufacturing environment, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, and facility equipment, and supervise technicians to ensure reliable operation.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, support equipment installations and upgrades, and drive safety and continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating contractors and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Valid Michigan Master Electrician License.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; PLC experience preferred.
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with equipment and facility improvement projects.
• Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience; bachelor's preferred.
