M-F 3p-11p overtime and weekends as needed (All shifts need to be flexible on 1st shift)

M-F 11p-7a overtime and weekends as needed

SUMMARY:

Maintain machinery and equipment, concentrating on electrical systems to ensure OEM quality and operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform duties of Industrial Maintenance Electro-Mechanic Tech ‘A’.
• PLC, Drives and Computer documentation and maintenance including contractor interface.
• Electrical projects including contractor interface.
• JDE training and oversight.
• Parts Room inventory control.
• Management of equipment documentation.
• Oversight of high level electrical troubleshooting.
• Maintain continuity among shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations contributing to overall safety of the Plant.
• Exhibit Smurfit Westrock Culture in all facets of the job.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED; some college or training in a technical field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance.

Corrugator experience preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Proficient in English; excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to trouble shoot, schedule and plan maintenance.
