Allison Transmission is seeking an engineer to develop electrical machine and motor solutions for electric propulsion systems. You will gather requirements from internal customers, market demands, and competitors to drive robust product plans and validation strategies.
Responsibilities include authoring specifications, presenting status reports, conducting root cause analyses, and leading multiple programs with cross-functional teams. Travel may be required; U.S. work eligibility is required.
