Job summary

Epi Power is looking for an experienced Electrical LOTO Coordinator based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to enforce electrical Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and energy isolation programs for large-scale data center construction projects. The Coordinator will ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, lead training, and serve as the point of authority for electrical energy control. Strong background in electrical construction and safety culture is required, along with experience in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial or commercial electrical construction field experience (mission-critical/Data Center preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, one-lines, and construction drawings.
• Significant experience with switchgear, UPS systems, generators, and battery systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce electrical LOTO and energy isolation procedures.
• Review Energy Isolation Plans, Energization Plans, JHAs, and electrical permits.
• Audit and monitor electrical energy control during construction and commissioning.
