Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Missouri. You will greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly service across departments. Daily tasks vary by department and may include stocking, loading merchandise, and aiding customers at checkout.

Qualifications include 6 months of computer and retail tech experience, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Bilingual skills and trade-certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use including inputs, access, modification, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties as required.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with help.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
