Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify or output information.
• 6 months experience with common retail tech such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers and delivers friendly, professional service.
• Assists customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Replenishes stock and keeps shelves organized.
• Processes orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-trains in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepares department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guides customers through shopping or checkout.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
