Job summary

Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Lift Maintenance Technician I to maintain and repair ski lifts, gondolas, and tram systems.

You will troubleshoot electrical drives and PLC controls, work directly with customers, and document activities in our system with a strong emphasis on safety. This full-time, hourly position offers pay of $22.00–$26.00 per hour, with advancement based on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience with installation and maintenance of AC and DC drives and PLC controls (Allen Bradley and ABB).
• Experience reading and interpreting complex control and safety circuits.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 80%.
• Ability to work in inclement weather in a mountainous environment at heights in excess of 20 feet.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repairs across lift systems and diagnose electrical issues.
• Engage directly with customers and offer technical solutions.
• Document successes and communications in the task management system.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
