Job summary

GTI Fabrication in Buffalo is seeking an Electrical Lead to oversee all electrical work within the manufacturing site. The role involves leading a team of electricians, ensuring safety compliance with codes, and troubleshooting complex electrical problems. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience and previous supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands‑on electrical experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Previous experience leading or supervising electricians in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC and OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of electricians and electrical technicians.
• Plan, schedule, and assign electrical work to support production and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety policies.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues related to manufacturing equipment.
