Job summary

Riot Platforms is seeking an Electrical Assistant Supervisor to support daily electrical maintenance at a mission-critical data center in Rockdale, TX. You will mentor Tier 1–3 technicians, lead troubleshooting of generators, UPS, switchgear, transformers, and PDUs, and enforce LOTO, arc flash, NFPA 70E/70B safety standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of an electrical apprenticeship or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical maintenance experience, including 1 year as lead technician.
• Solid understanding of electrical power distribution equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily work and run shift operations when the supervisor is offsite.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on critical power systems (generators, UPS, switchgear, transformers, PDUs).
• Lead safety briefings and enforce NFPA 70E and LOTO protocols.
• Escort and monitor outside contractors and ensure work meets standards.
• Maintain CMMS records and train junior technicians.
