Job summary

Riot Platforms Inc. in Rockdale, Texas, is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead the operation and reliability of critical electrical infrastructure supporting a data center.

You will supervise maintenance technicians, coordinate scheduling, and ensure adherence to safety, codes, and procedures while maintaining high availability of services. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in electrical maintenance or related field.
• Experience maintaining electrical distribution and backup power systems.
• Supervisory/lead experience in a maintenance or data-center environment.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices and lockout/tagout.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical maintenance technicians; coordinate daily assignments, priorities, schedules, and coverage.
• Direct preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for electrical systems.
• Manage UPS systems, battery banks, generators, transfer equipment, PDUs, busway.
• Monitor equipment condition, alarms, trends, and maintenance records; investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce maintenance procedures, MOPs, EOPs, and SOPs with proper controls and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety requirements, and lockout/tagout practices.
• Collaborate with operations, facilities, engineering, vendors, and contractors to minimize data center risk.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment histories.
• Support commissioning, testing, turnover of new systems, and operational acceptance.
• Assist spare-parts planning, inventory, and procurement of electrical materials and services.
