Job summary

AllSTEM Connections is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer in New York to drive design and optimization of electrical and controls systems for new and existing product lines. You will review drawings, specify components, and provide technical guidance across teams to support testing, commissioning, and problem-solving.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years in electrical or controls engineering or industrial automation, with strong knowledge of panel design,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical/controls engineering or industrial automation.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical design, industrial controls, schematics, panel design, and applicable standards.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and product development.

Lead electrical engineering for new and existing product lines, designing and optimizing electrical and controls systems while reviewing drawings and specifying components for engineered projects. Provide technical guidance across teams, support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting, and maintain compliance with applicable standards while advancing engineering practices and product improvements.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred, along with at least five years of experience in electrical engineering, controls engineering, or industrial automation. Candidates should have knowledge of electrical and mechanical design, industrial controls, schematics, panel design, applicable standards, and experience supporting manufacturing and product development.
