Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a hands-on Electronics Technician Lead to supervise a team of technicians in a fast-paced lab environment. You will build and test complex PCBs and cable harnesses, perform precision soldering, and troubleshoot down to component level using schematics and BOMs.

You will own shift-level execution, maintain lab readiness, and drive safety, quality, and delivery. TS clearance eligibility and up-to 10% travel are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electronics testing, assembly, and rework in R&D or production.
• Proven people-leadership with ability to guide a small technical team.
• Ability to read complex electrical schematics, BOMs, and datasheets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small team of 5-6 technicians; set priorities and conduct reviews.
• Build, wire, and modify complex cable/wire harnesses and PCB assemblies.
• Perform PCB rework (SMT and through-hole) and precision soldering under microscope.
• Set up and run test plans with oscilloscopes, power supplies, and meters.
• Troubleshoot failures to component level using schematics and layouts.
• Document test data, rework actions, and failures for engineering analysis.
