Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a hands-on Electrical/Mechanical Integration Lead in Costa Mesa, CA. You will supervise a small team, guide wiring harness builds, PCB work, and testing with engineers to ensure seamless integration of power systems.

You will read schematics, manage documentation, and drive quality and delivery in a dynamic lab environment. Requires leadership experience, IPC/PLM tooling familiarity, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electronics power systems testing, assembly and rework in R&D or production.
• Experience leading a small technical team or mentoring technicians.
• Ability to read complex electrical schematics, BOMs and datasheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 5–6 person team of Electrical Engineering Technicians; set priorities and provide coaching.
• Build, assemble, and modify cable/wire harnesses; assist engineers with test and integration.
• Own shift-level execution for safety, quality, cost, and delivery; drive reporting and targets.
