Job summary

Jet Industries Inc. seeks an on-site project estimator to manage electrical installation bids, budgeting, and scheduling across construction projects. You will coordinate with foremen, buyers, and vendors to secure materials and maintain cost controls.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of electrical experience, basic English communication, and a safety-focused mindset. Jet Industries offers a family-owned culture, benefits, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

6 months to 1 year of electrical systems installation, design, and project estimating.
Basic Proficiency in English required for safety and on-site communication.

Responsibilities

Maintain project budgets and controls to achieve success.
Train project staff to meet goals.
Assist the General Manager in negotiating bids and estimating project costs.
Assist in negotiating materials and equipment purchases.
Track project changes and report changes to monthly billings.
Ensure foremen have what they need to meet the project schedule.
Organize people and materials to meet the project schedule and inform management of deviations.
Periodically review projects for quality and client satisfaction.
