Hargrove is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Turnaround Planner in Memphis, TN. The role focuses on planning and scheduling for site turnarounds with an emphasis on E&I disciplines.

Responsibilities include developing job plans, attaching all documentation, and validating plans as part of the validation team. Daily SCR participation and handoffs to QA/QC and Operations are required. Per-diem may apply for qualifying candidates.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor or Master of Science in Construction Science, Building Science or related field preferred.
• AACE International or PMI certification preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.

• Pre-Overhaul: Prepare job plans for all work in assigned area using JMS, materials request, contractor instructions; attach drawings, photos, test and cleaning procedures; validate plans as part of the validation team; prepare workbooks for supervisors.
• During Execution: Collect status updates for all jobs; attend daily SCR meetings; ensure SCR work is planned and passed to scheduler; monitor SCR material availability; update PlanIT with changes; coordinate handoffs to QA/QC and Operations; close out all job packs.

Electrical & Instrumentation Turnaround Planner page is loaded## Electrical & Instrumentation Turnaround Plannerlocations: Memphis, TNtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 2026-001222# What You'll Be Doing**Job Scope:** Support site turnarounds as an E&I focused Turnaround Planner.**Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:*** (Pre-Overhaul)+ Prepare job plans for all work in assigned area using, JMS, materials request, contractor instructions.+ Attach all relevant documentation to the plan, including:- Drawings- Photos- Test procedures- Cleaning procedures+ Validate job plans as part of the validation team.+ Prepare workbooks for all supervisors in assigned area with copies of all paperwork needed.+ Work with all foremen to assist work familiarization.* During Execution+ Collect status updates for all jobs in assigned areas and provide updates at the daily schedule update meeting.+ Attend daily SCR meeting to understand new work for their area.+ Ensure that SCR work is planned and passed to scheduler for adding to the schedule.+ Monitor SCR material availability to allow management of SCR work.+ Work with foremen to identify changes needed on regular job plans and make the changes in PlanIT for future re-use.+ Ensure seamless handoff of work from trades to QA/QC and then to Operations.+ Ensure all job packs are properly closed out.# Ideal Background**Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Construction Science, Building Science or related field is highly preferred.**Certification:** AACE International or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification is preferred.**Experience:** This position requires 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:*** Knowledge and application of company business standards and good practices.* Extreme attention to detail.* Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the function of all engineering disciplines.* Understanding of existing and potential customer deliverable expectations and preferences.* Ability to set priorities.* Ability to effectively discuss and correspond with engineering disciplines and/or contractors to ascertain and understand pertinent information concerning schedules, scopes of work, estimates and/or project costs.* Coaching and mentoring skills and experience.* Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.* Excellent presentation skills.* Excellent organizational skills.* Knowledge of other disciplines deliverable development to ensure coordination of efforts.* Knowledge and understanding of schedule constraints and information requirements for the production of all project controls deliverables.* Experienced in scheduling professional service hours and assessing the progress and quality of project controls work.
