Job summary

Texas Brine Company, LLC (WC) seeks a non-exempt Electrical Technician to install conduit, read schematics, and troubleshoot electrical systems at the White Castle, LA facility. Responsibilities include installing wiring, cable trays, reading P&IDs, and basic PLC troubleshooting; candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and a technical certificate.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and a college/technical certificate.
• Ability to follow all safety procedures and regulations.
• Basic read of electrical drawings, P&IDs, and instrument loops.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures, rules and regulations while performing all work.
• Install electrical conduit and cable trays; ensure proper wire sizing and installation.
• Read and troubleshoot electrical equipment including lighting, motors, breakers, transformers.
• Read electrical drawings, instrument loop diagrams, and P&IDs.
• Safely work with multiple voltages (24Vdc to 480Vac).
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot instruments and analyzers (transmitters, turbidity, pH).
• Understand basic PLC programming for troubleshooting control schemes.
