Texas Brine Company, LLC (WC) in Louisiana seeks a skilled Electrician to join our team. This non-exempt, on-site role requires installing electrical conduit above and below ground, wiring, and reading electrical diagrams.

You will troubleshoot lighting, motors, breakers, transformers, and instrument loops while ensuring safety standards are met in a mostly outdoor environment. The candidate should read P&IDs, manage various voltages, and handle instruments like transmitters and analyzers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certificate from college or technical college required.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills required.
• Willingness to pass post-offer checks (background, drug, references, education).

Responsibilities

• Follow all SAFETY procedures, rules and regulations while performing work.
• Install electrical conduit (below ground and above), including cable trays; proper wire sizing and installation.
• Understand installation and troubleshooting of electrical equipment (lighting, motors, breakers, transformers).
• Read and understand electrical drawings, instrument loop diagrams, and P&IDs.
• Work safely with multiple voltages (24Vdc, 120/240Vac, 208Vac, 480Vac; single and 3-phase).
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot instruments (pressure, flow, temperature, current, level).
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot analyzers (turbidity, pH).
• Understand basic PLC programming used for troubleshooting control schemes.
