Job summary

You will work with the ARM and maintenance teams, drive PM/RCM initiatives, and lead electrical/instrumentation improvements. The role requires an NEC journeyman level, an electrical license or certification, and a track record of working safely in a fast-paced food processing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Associates degree or technical certificate preferred.
• 3–5 years as a maintenance electrician in manufacturing preferred.
• Electrical license or electrical/instrumentation certification required.
• Journeyman understanding of NEC code and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical/instrumentation maintenance and PM, PDM, RCA tasks.
• Install, troubleshoot, startups, and improve electrical/instrumentation equipment.
• Maintain records in SAP and support asset reliability reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and vendors to ensure safe, reliable equipment.
• Follow safety, GMP, and food safety policies consistently.
