Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Superintendent to oversee scheduling, planning, and field operations at our Wilson/Cary, NC project sites. You will ensure the right materials, equipment and personnel are available to keep projects on track while prioritizing safety and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred, or equivalent years of experience.
Minimum 8 years of construction site experience.
8 years of experience as an electrical superintendent.

Responsibilities

Lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site.
Ensure the right materials, equipment and personnel are available.
Maintain safety, health and wellbeing of the team.
Lead client and project meetings with owners and designers.
Oversee turnover, TOPs, punch lists and walkdowns with contractors and owners.
Coordinate walkdowns and reviews with owner and designers.
