Job summary

You will prioritize safety and quality, manage contractors, and collaborate with owners and designers. 8+ years of construction site experience and NEC/NFPA knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; or equivalent years of experience.
• 8+ years of construction site experience.
• 5 years of experience as an electrical superintendent, general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scheduling and planning at the project site.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and personnel are available to complete work.
• Prioritize safety, health, and well-being of the team.
• Coordinate with owners and designers during walkdowns and reviews.
• Manage contractors and ensure quality construction.
