Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Superintendent for Night and Day shifts in Wilson/Cary, NC. This role leads on-site scheduling, planning, and material readiness to keep projects on track while ensuring safety and team wellbeing.

The candidate will coordinate with owners/designers, lead meetings, and drive constructability reviews, with a focus on safety and quality in fast-paced environments. On-site attendance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 8 years of construction site experience.
• 8 years of experience as an electrical superintendent.

We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Electrical and Instrumentation Superintendent (Night Shift/Day Shift) in Wilson/Cary, NC who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• 8 years of construction site experience
• 8 years of experience as an electrical superintendent

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Collaborating in planning, design, construction and commissioning
• Excellent communications skills
• Proficient in use of software as Power Point, Excel, Word, Bluebeam, ACC
• Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings and/or reviews with owner and designers
• Attend constructability reviews
• Lead client and construction meetings.
• Safety leader (JHA's revision / daily signed off permits)
• Quality in construction Turn over process including TOP's, punch list and walkdowns with contractors and owners.

The base salary range for this position is $93,500.00 to $156,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
