Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional electrical industry experience.
• Prior teaching or instructional experience preferred.
• Technical knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver curriculum and assessments.
• Background check and electrical certifications if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in electrical theory and hands-on labs.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback.
• Advise students on courses and career opportunities.
• Develop and improve electrical curriculum to industry standards.
• Collaborate with faculty and participate in program reviews.
• Support job placement efforts and employer relations.
• Ensure safety protocols in classroom and lab.
• Attend faculty meetings and participate in professional development.
