Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Electrical Installer to join our team in Nashville. You will contribute to a culture that values growth, accountability, and delivering results while providing world-class service to customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities include installing, programming, startup, and training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects; reading blueprints; and working safely to meet project timelines with your team.

Qualifications

• Basic construction experience and ability to read wiring plans.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams.
• Comfort with hand and power tools and math basics.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and commission electrical systems per project scope.
• Read plans, follow safety procedures, and ensure quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with team to meet scope and timelines.
• Assist with training and customer handover when required.
