Job summary

Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic Electrical Installer to join our amazing culture in Nashville, TN. As an Electrical Installer, you are part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.

You'll install, program, start-up, certify, and train customers on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects, typically small to medium in complexity. Basic construction skills and reading blueprints are required, along with a low voltage background and tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Basic construction skills and ability to read and understand blueprints/design drawings.
• Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude with hand/power tools and wiring knowledge.
• Minimum experience in construction with some electrical or low voltage background.

Responsibilities

• Installing, programming, system start-up/check-out, certification, and related customer training on Fire, Security, and/or Building Automation projects.
• Deliver projects effectively within budgeted cost and time schedules with guidance as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
